Prices exclude VAT. Enterprise’s 250-repository ceiling is fair use — if you need more, we raise it. Every plan can be extended with add-ons: extra repositories and seats, and additional context or indexing capacity.

What it works out to per developer
Each plan includes a defined number of seats: one for Individual, five for Team, and 25 for Enterprise. Extra seats can be added without changing plans.
The figures above divide each plan’s monthly price by its included seats. Additional seats are available as add-ons; the comparison table remains the source of truth for included capacity.
Fourteen days to evaluate, fourteen more to decide
Every paid plan starts with a full-capability trial. If you do not subscribe at the end of it, nothing is deleted — you enter a redemption window where your data stays put and you can restore the plan at any time.
Full trial
Every capability of the plan you chose, at its full limits. No card required to begin, and no charge when it ends.
Redemption
Your organization drops to a minimal read-only allowance, but everything you indexed stays exactly where it is. Subscribe during this window and your plan resumes immediately.
Dormant
Access is suspended and indexing stops. Your data is still retained — we will always contact you before anything is removed.
Before you commit
Is there a free plan?
No — every plan starts with a 14-day trial instead. We would rather give you the real product for two weeks than a permanently limited one. sctx, the token optimizer, is free to use regardless.
Do I need a credit card to start a trial?
No. Trials start from your account with no payment details, and nothing is charged when one ends — you simply move into the redemption window until you decide.
What happens to my indexed code if I do not subscribe?
It stays. An ended trial drops you to a minimal read-only allowance rather than cutting off access, because a knowledge graph you have already built is not something we think should vanish over a lapsed subscription. Growth stops; what exists remains readable.
What counts as a repository?
One connected Git repository that we index. Removing a repository frees the slot immediately.
What are “context served” and “indexing” tokens?
Context served is what retrieval returns to your agents. Indexing is what we embed as your repositories change. They are measured separately because a busy repository costs us work even when nobody queries it.
Enterprise says 250 repositories, not unlimited. Why?
Because an honest ceiling beats a promise we would have to quietly walk back. 250 is far above what any team we have seen actually connects, and if you need more we raise it — it is a conversation, not a wall.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
Add-ons extend any plan without changing it — extra repositories and seats are self-serve from your billing page, and additional context or indexing capacity is arranged with us. Stacking add-ons is deliberately priced above the next plan up, so if you find yourself buying a lot of them, upgrading is the cheaper answer and we would rather you took it.
Sovereign says “Unlimited”. Unlimited by what?
By us — there is no cap SynapCTX applies. Sovereign runs on infrastructure dedicated to your organization, so the real ceiling is the capacity you provision, which scales horizontally on demand. We size it with you rather than pretending a fixed price buys infinite compute.
How do I pay?
During open beta we activate paid plans by hand. Start a trial or email hello@synapctx.com and we will take care of it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction. Your indexed data and organizational memory carry across — only the limits change.
